Health & Nutrition Foundations
Led by ANTHIA KOULLOUROS:

  • Weekly focus points and practical education

  • Food and hydration for recovery and sustainability

  • Developing simple habits that support long-term health

Performance & Community

  • Wednesday Track Nights Led by the NORTHERN RACE CLUB - Expert run coaching and training alongside a motivated, performance-driven crew

  • Monday Night Lights — The HYROX Edition - a weekly athlete-focused, high energy session designed to build capacity, resilience, and confidence

  • Saturday UNITE sessions to bring the The Foundations community together

Workshops & Touch Points

Short, high-impact sessions throughout the month covering:

  • FFL Opening workshops

  • Goal setting and mindset

  • Nutrition

  • Preventative health

  • ‘Approach life like an athlete’ and more.
